Preferences and sign-in
Public websites do not use advertising trackers. Your language preference is saved in a first-party cookie shared across reidd.ca. Some services also remember display preferences in your browser. Signing in uses cookies needed to keep your session secure.
Website requests and link statistics
Cloudflare hosts and protects the websites and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested addresses and timestamps. Short links and QR codes record aggregate counts such as day, link, source and approximate country. The link manager does not store visitor IP addresses or individual visitor identifiers in those statistics.
Secure Mail
Secure Mail processes recipient email addresses, verification details, messages, attachments and delivery records to provide access and notifications. Message content and attachments are encrypted in storage and made available to authorised users by the application. Email notifications use Resend and do not include secure message bodies or attachments. Access can expire or be revoked; downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Contact and external services
Messages sent to contact@digital.reidd.ca are handled through Apple iCloud Mail. Information you include is used to respond to your enquiry. External websites linked from reidd.ca have their own privacy practices.
