Use the expected reidd.ca address and HTTPS before entering information. The Help Centre does not ask you to submit passwords, PINs, recovery codes or authentication tokens.
Protect access details
Keep message links, PINs and verification codes private. Do not forward them unless you intend to grant access. Only enter a code into the sign-in flow you started.
Shared devices
Sign out when finished. Avoid saving confidential downloads on shared devices. Ending a session or revoking portal access cannot remove copies already downloaded.
Restricted access
Administration is limited to authorised users. A sign-in page, access-denied message or VPN-required page does not necessarily indicate a service failure. Do not try to work around those restrictions.
Report a concern
For general security enquiries, contact contact@digital.reidd.ca. Describe the affected page and what happened without including passwords, codes or confidential messages. Do not perform destructive tests or attempt to access another person’s data. See Secure Mail help for message-specific guidance.
